1. Who we are
Trading Clearly (“we”, “us”) is an independent trading blog and is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@tradingclearly.com.
2. What we collect and why
- Email address — when you ask for the starter kit or email course, to send it to you (your consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Messages you send us — to reply to your question or complaint (our legitimate interest in responding).
- Country — estimated from your IP address or chosen by you, to decide which brokers and content we’re allowed to show you (legal obligation and legitimate interest).
- Usage data and cookies — only with your consent, to understand which pages are useful (see section 5).
- Partner-link clicks — when you click a partner link, the broker receives a referral code so it can tell us an account was opened. We do not receive your ID documents, account details or trading activity.
3. Who we share it with
Our website host [HOSTINGER], our email service [EMAIL PROVIDER] and, if you consent, our analytics provider [ANALYTICS PROVIDER]. Brokers only receive the referral code in a partner link. We never sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside your country; where they do, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
4. How long we keep it
Email subscriptions until you unsubscribe; messages for up to [24] months; analytics data for up to [14] months.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site and remember your cookie choice. Analytics and any marketing cookies are only set if you click “Accept” in our cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. [LIST OF COOKIES — completed at build.]
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, take a copy of it, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing hello@tradingclearly.com. You can also complain to your data-protection authority — for example [SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY, e.g. the AEPD in Spain].
7. Changes
We’ll update this page if anything changes and show the date at the top.
